Embrace the Restylane family of filler products in Rockville MD

Dr. Ron Prussick offers Restylane filler products to suit many needs at Washington Dermatology Center.

There are many great filler products on the market, and at the state-of-the-art Washington Dermatology Center. Restylane Filler in Rockville MD, skillfully administered by Dr. Ron Prussick and his team, safely lifts, defines, and smooths for youthful, healthy skin!

Restylane®, revealed

Like Juvéderm®, Restylane® is made from hyaluronic acid. This natural skin moisturizer and joint lubricant is a popular ingredient in many leading fillers. It’s generally safe to use on most patients and has a low risk of side effects and allergic reactions. HA binds with water. When an HA-formulated filler is injected into the skin, it does a great job of adding volume, softening, and hydrating sunken, weathered, and thirsty skin.

Restylane® is a family of filler products, designed to correct different age-related concerns.

Behind Restylane filler for wrinkles and volume loss in Rockville MD

When injected around your nose and mouth, Restylane® adds volume and fullness to soften moderate to severe nasolabial folds. It improves the appearance of lines above and at the corners of your lips.

Restylane® Lyft (formerly Perlane®) is designed with larger molecules, so it can be injected deeper into the skin. Restylane® Lyft corrects volume loss in the mid-face and severe wrinkles. Do your hands betray your age? Restylane® Lyft adds fullness to the backs of bony and crepey hands.

Restylane® Silk contains smaller and smoother particles than its sister products. It’s ideal to plump up and define thin lips, and to soften perioral wrinkles caused by smoking.

Restylane® Refyne and Defyne are the newest additions to the family. They correct moderate to severe nasolabial folds and marionette lines around the nose and mouth. Formulated with unique cross-linking technology, Refyne provides great flexibility and moderate support to soften lines. Defyne is less flexible but provides great support to lift deeper wrinkles.

What’s not to love about Restylane®?

  • Some Restylane® products are formulated with lidocaine to ease discomfort at the injection site.
  • Side effects are typically temporary and limited to the injection sites.
  • Get noticeable results, instantly!
  • Most treatments can be completed in an hour, and one to two visits.
  • Results are product-specific; however, expect sustained improvement for around 6 to 18 months.
  • Get longer-lasting results without the risks of “permanent” fillers or invasive surgery.

Benefit from a Restylane® product, or any one of several fillers available at Washington Dermatology Center. Call 855-314-1424  to schedule a consultation at the Rockville MD location.
